Corrections and updates

Spotted a mistake or information that has changed? Please tell us.

Email hello@aroundbergen.com with “Correction” in the subject line. You do not need an Around Bergen account.

What to include

Send the article’s link and title, the sentence or figure that needs checking, and the correct information as you understand it. A link to an official record, current business page or other supporting source helps us review the issue. For changing information such as hours or prices, include the date it changed if you know it.

What happens next

We review the claim and its supporting information. When a factual error is confirmed, we correct the article. A substantive correction should include a note explaining what changed. We may ask for more detail if the available information does not resolve the question.

If information was accurate when published but has since changed, we may update the guide and identify the relevant date. We do not describe a design or metadata change as a new factual review. Minor spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.
